Damage During Shipping
If
you found the products you ordered was damaged during shipment, please
don’t open the package.
Call UPS Ground service for
shipping damage return pickup or call our toll free number 1-866-700-5668
for help.
Damage
Exchange
1. If the product is damaged upon delivery after open the package, customers should ask for an exchange service
within 7
days
after the order receipt.
Our company will send out replacement of the same item in 2 business days.
Customers
do not need to pay for the shipping charge.
2. A prepaid
return label and shipping paper will be enclosed with the replacement package.
3. Customers are required to repack the damaged item properly and attach the return label on the return package.
Return packages can be dropped off to any UPS
station or carriers within one
week.
4. If our company does not receive the returned products, we will contact customer again for
return
or additional charges if apply.
5. If customer asks for different item replacement, the difference will be charged or refunded.
Item Exchange
1.
Our warranty policy only covers non-food products only. The warranty is limited by different product.
Please refer to 'Shipping & After sales' page of each product's detail information.
2. We do not accept return or exchange on any food products or video/audio products if the seal or packaging is opened.
3. We will only accept same exchange on any food products or video/audio products within the 7 days after order receipt.
4. We accept non-food product for an exchange or refund only in 7 days after order receipt.
5. Customers are required to ask for item exchange by calling our customer service department for processing.
6. Customer needs to repack the returned item properly and send it
back by ground service.
7. Customer
needs to pay the shipping charges for return and resend.
Cancelling a Purchase
1.
Our warranty policy only covers non-food products only. The warranty is limited by different product.

2. We do not accept order cancellation on any food product or video/audio product.
3. Customers can request a refund on non-food products within 7 days after order is made.
4. If the product is delivered, customers are required to return the cancelled item properly and
send it
back within
one week period at their own expense.
5. The refund check will be sent out in three days once the customer care department receives the return item.
In fairness to individual
online buyers, we do not accept returns for refund on discounted group
orders.
