Sports Hoop Inc. and Linbos Corporation are online outlet stores, therefore, our marketing strategy is different than other companies. Due to the characteristic of our products, not all of our products are available for resale.
We do not sell our products to discount chain stores but only in health club and small individual neighborhood stores to encourage small business owners.
Sports Hoop Inc. is the original manufacturer and patent owner of Sports Hoop series products <USA patent number #D399969>. Although we import manufactured parts from Taiwan, we assemble and pack our products in warehouse reside in California, USA.
Sports Hoop Inc. and Linbos Corp. are the exclusive distributors of Sports Hoops in the USA and all over the world.
Please be awared that all other distribution channels are potential infringements to our patented rights and may carry
counterfeit products. Upon discovery, all violators, including the buyer, are subjected to prosecution under the International Patent Protection Law if no action is taken from our warnings.

Resale permit is required for getting the wholesale price
For getting a wholesale price, valid resale permit or tax ID number is required. For Sales and Use Tax Law, new store buyers need to fill out the ‘RESALE CERTIFICATE’ form and fax or mail it back to us before placing an order. With valid resale permit or tax ID number, all orders shipping to California State will not be subjected to sales tax.
